Evidence: the backup dashboard shows successful jobs, but no recent restore record has been supplied.
Finding: backups are visible; usable recovery and the time it would take remain unverified.
Next action: management and the IT provider agree a controlled restore test, a responsible person and a date. The result becomes part of the business's working record.

Do we need to replace our current IT provider?
No. Oblyx can work alongside existing providers, collect evidence from them and clarify responsibility without replacing a capable supplier.
Is the Health Review a penetration test or compliance audit?
No. It is a practical review of technology, access, suppliers, backups, resilience and ownership. It is not a penetration test, certification or formal legal, regulatory or insurance opinion.
What will we receive?
The agreed output normally includes an inventory, a dependency or network picture, ownership and supplier observations, backup and resilience findings, and a prioritised action plan.
What access will Oblyx need?
Access depends on the agreed scope. Oblyx requests only what is reasonably needed, agrees who can authorise it and records where evidence cannot be obtained.
Can the review focus on one urgent concern?
Yes. A review can begin with a specific concern such as backups, Microsoft 365, a supplier change or an undocumented network, while still checking the dependencies that affect it.
Are we committed to ongoing support afterwards?
No. The business keeps the outputs and can use Oblyx, its existing providers or another specialist for the follow-up work.
